A Reputation in Tatters
George W. Bush and his gang of neocon warmongers have destroyed America’s reputation. It is likely to stay destroyed, because at this point the only way to restore America’s reputation would be to impeach and convict President Bush for intentionally deceiving Congress and the American people in order to start a war of aggression against a country that posed no threat to the United States.
America can redeem itself only by holding Bush accountable.
As intent as Republicans were to impeach President Bill Clinton for lying about a sexual affair, they have a blind eye for President Bush’s far more serious lies. Bush’s lies have caused the deaths of tens of thousands of people, injured and maimed tens of thousands more, devastated a country, destroyed America’s reputation, caused 1 billion Muslims to hate America, ruined our alliances with Europe, created a police state at home, and squandered $300 billion dollars and counting.
America’s reputation is so damaged that not even our puppets can stand the heat. Anti-American riots, which have left Afghan cities and towns in flames and hospitals overflowing with casualties, have forced Bush’s Afghan puppet, “President” Hamid Karzai, to assert his independence from his U.S. overlords. In a belated act of sovereignty, Karzai asserted authority over heavy-handed U.S. troops whose brutal and stupid ways sparked the devastating riots. Karzai demanded control of U.S. military activities in Afghanistan and called for the return of the Afghan detainees who are being held at the U.S. prison in Guantanamo Bay in Cuba.
Abundant evidence now exists in the public domain to convict George W. Bush of the crime of the century. The secret British government memo (dated July 23, 2002, and available here
Link
), leaked to the Sunday Times (which printed it on May 1, 2005), reports that Bush wanted “to remove Saddam, through military action, justified by the conjunction of terrorism and WMD. But the intelligence and facts were being fixed around the policy. . . . But the case was thin. Saddam was not threatening his neighbors, and his WMD capability was less than that of Libya, North Korea or Iran. . . . The (United Kingdom) attorney general said that the desire for regime change was not a legal base for military action. There were three possible legal bases: self-defense, humanitarian intervention or UNSC (U.N. Security Council) authorization. The first and second could not be the base in this case. Relying on UNSCR 1205 of three years ago would be difficult.”
This memo is the mother of all smoking guns. Why isn’t Bush in the dock?

America's reputation sucked before bush....
ruined our alliances with Europe
There is no such thing as "alliances", just countires with similar interests...
In a belated act of sovereignty, Karzai asserted authority over heavy-handed U.S. troops whose brutal and stupid ways sparked the devastating riots.
don't remember hearing this....
The (United Kingdom) attorney general said that the desire for regime change was not a legal base for military action.
-BS, legal by who's rules, the UN,geneva...they haven't done shit about any of the dictatorships or slaughterings around the world (sudan,rwanda,etc...) only recently after pressure did the UN send help to Sudan...

I am be weetawded (oops...racist me!). I don't get it. I'm not going to defend President Bush by any means. You think Al Gore would have made a better president? *SCOFF* John Kerry? Hmmmm....~shrugs~ I dunno. You post these articles that are copied, number one, and number two, they're so dripping with bias and disdain that they can hardly be considered logical.
Like I said...I'm not going to defend the man. But you seem to place all the blame on President Bush for all the world's corruptions, and frankly, that's bullshit. What about Congress? What about the state governments? What about *US*? Just plain old civillians...not to mention the EU, UN, and LMNOP. The president is merely a man with an advisory panel of men (and women). If you think you can do a better job, freakin run for president yourself. Instead of posting this crap that you post, write your ideas down. How can we fix what's wrong in the world today? You can't pinpoint all of the world's ills to one solitary man out of 6 billion. Our government keeps BILLIONS of pieces of information from us EVERYDAY...and they have for 225 years...and I hope they keep on doing it. I don't want to know all the shit that goes on. That's why they get paid the big bucks--to sort out what I need to hear and what I don't need to hear. So secrets? Democrats keep secrets, too, sister, even the ones way over in left field.
Frankly, I think people that write this kind of garbage, and people that repost it, are most of the problem. Let's sit here and whine and bitch and throw a temper tantrum about what one moronic man is doing to our country instead of getting off our asses, sitting down, and talking about this shist so we can make this country and world a better place. Bitching and moaning about racism or weetawded liberal moderate republicanism doesn't do one bit of good.

In the past I have suggested we should Impeach Bush but then I thought that would mean Dickey Boy would be President. If we made it a joint impeachment with Bush and Cheney, we would wind up with Haster. BAD CHOICES!

LMAO...
Is our civilization in peril? Is it possible that America and the Western world in general-- ostensibly more powerful and more afflent than ever-- are in mortal danger? ... Chronicles' foriegn affairs reporter Srdja Trifkovic believes that the most serious, immediate threat to the West is Islam, a teaching that is part religion, part totalitarian ideology, and part blueprint for global conquest.
Get the Score on Islam!
Mmm, I'm thinking the Mosque down town would differ. Reagan Republican? More like

drmiler, the king of copy and paste, calls this bullshit. Similarly, so do all the jingo junkies here. Fact is, you al refuse to believe the facts that are right in front of you. You're quite the bunch.
As for coming to reiki's aid, you're so fucking full of shit, I support his beliefs that this dubya war is criminal, at best. I think he's a flaming asshole for his Nazi and Hitler bullshit, which I did finally read, and to which I did comment. You're freakin' clueless.
COL, you're right about the impeachment. But, the point here is the lousy dilemma these neocons have put this country into. You're damned if you do, and you're damned if you don't. In fact, by backing their neocon party with the worst of the worst, they've effectively shielded themselves from impeachment. Essentially, the dems and the rest of the world have to sit back and wait for dubya's term to end, then we have to hold them all accountable for the war crimes they have committed. They most definitely qualify as war crimes. How many thousands must these assholes kill and maim before the nationalists here wake up and say enough. But, they love thier killing spree. Makes em feel important and in control.

This might hold the record for the biggest amount of bs in on post.
It's so funny how you lefties worry so much about what Europe and the enemy thinks about us. Muslims have hated America for many years, and they will after Bush is gone. Their religion is the problem dabe, not Bush. We finally have a President who stands up to these fanatics and does not try to appease them just so Europe will be happy. If that makes people dislike us, then so be it. If you get people like the euros and other far left societies hating us, you are usually doing something right.
As far your "police state" comment. Anybody who claims this has to be either stupid or just an idiot. Do you even know what a police state is? If you did you wouldn't be calling America one. Your obsessive hatred blinds you to the facts or rational thinking. Nobody is getting impeached because no crime has been committed. Congress voted to support the war based on the same intelligence most of the world saw. I have quotes from democrats claiming Iraq was a threat, are you willing to hold them "accountable" as well?
I really hope for one second you think about the crazy accusations and conspiracy theories you make. Do you really understand that you are helping Republicans get elected?

A number of the people on Joeuser are not interested in facts if they in any way cast a bad light on Saint George or their own narrow positions! They attack the messinger, ignore the facts or answer with BS that in no way deals with the issue at hand! They act just like
George W. Bush. The best thing would to be to locate that sign "The Buck Stops Here" and put it on the President's desk!

Quite the argument here, dawg. Just so typical of the republican machine. Any dissent from the repubs, and they accuse us of helping their cause, in the hopes that we just crawl off into the woodwork like scared mice and just let them perpetrate this crap.
WRONG
Marcie and bakerboy have been added to my blacklist. They are not adding to anything other than using my blog to continue their hate dabe fest. drmiler is back in it. I only took him off so he could comment on his confed flag crap. Other than that, he's a useless, stupid toad who has nothing to add to anything other than hate and the letters "bs". Pooffffff, you're gone from my blog.

You have to be one of the most hypocritical people here. How many times have facts been shown you and you just "disppear" or change your topic? You were proven wrong about unemployment, so you changed it to "underemployment". Your claims about retail sales were just bs, and were proved wrong. You hate Bush, you blame him for everything. Thats why you are a joke to people here.
You are the one who ignores any rational debate. You blame everything on Bush even though people show you the true causes or other facts that dispute your claims. Pathetic.

Talk about facts............ most of the arguments made by the nationalist jingousers here don't require facts. All it takes is some idiot making a case, sans facts, and the jingos jump on the bandwagon. They base their arguments on republican machine websites, many of which have been discredited by media watchers, ie faux fox news, and march in lock step behind the neocon fascists. The Downing Street memo was meaningless to you all because it doesn't cast bush and his neocons in a positive light, even though it showed that the bushies were "fixing the facts around the policies". You just mindlessly and stupidly dismiss it. You dismiss every single report that indicates the failures and follies of the bush regime. What a pile of jingo asswipes..............

Another intelligent post by the wacko left.
This is so funny coming from you because you base your accusations and crazy conspiracies from left wing sites. You don't show any facts in your posts.
Everytime you mention fox news, and facists, you make yourself look more stupid. This "memo" is meaningless because it isn't a "smoking gun" as you lefties claim. Do you wonder why the left wing media isn't jumping on this, because it's nothing to begin with.
