This is no joke. We get horsie idiots for FEMA, doggie doctors for Womens Health, and f*cktards in the white wash, I mean house.

Planned Parenthood Federation of America Interim President Karen Pearl issued these comments on the appointment:

"The appointment of Dr. Norris Alderson, a man who has spent the majority of his career in the office of veterinary medicine, to the position of acting director of the FDA's Office of Women's Health speaks volumes about the priority the Bush administration places on women's health and safety. The appointment of Dr. Alderson to replace Dr. Susan Wood further undermines the shaky credibility of an agency that has allowed politics to trump sound science, medical evidence, and women's health."

The whipsy doodle dipsy is apparently right on this call in her scum sucking article bashing the bushtard bashers.

Gotta give credit where credit is due. Except, I did not lie. I admittedly did not have all the facts. I do not lie. Apparently, they retracted the appointment due to mass outrage. No freakin' shit. What the hell would they expect? But, the fact that they even made this appt in the first place is rather outrageous.

I guess the appointment as acting director was a formality for pay purposes or something, as they've already appointed a permanent successor whose background appears appropriate.
